These two delightful converted holiday cottages, beside the owners’ sheep farm, enjoy spectacular country views. Each has its own patio, perfect for a lazy breakfast as well as shared garden and some access to the farm with pretty walks to enjoy. Instow is an unspoilt, seaside village with large stretches of sandy beaches and dunes, fishermen’s cottages, shops, pubs and restaurants specialising in locally caught seafood. Bideford with its historic port and lively market as well as the Lundy Island ferry is 2 miles. The area is a must for water sports, sailing enthusiasts and fishermen, walkers and cyclists can enjoy the famous Tarka Trail. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
