There is plenty for everyone with birdwatching, fishing, horse riding, golf, surfing and sailing close by and many coastal and country walks to enjoy which will lead you through stunning scenery. The apartments are just 5 miles from the famous fishing village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets and donkey transport. The North Devon Coastal Path will take you through stunning scenery like Hartland Point, the secluded Peppercombe Valley, Bucks Mills and Welcombe Mouth. A village store and post office is 3 miles at Woolfardisworthy along with a highly acclaimed fish and chip shop and local village inn.
Nearby Bideford has restaurants and town amenities along with boat trips to Lundy Island, or hire a bike and explore the nearby Tarka Trail. RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Docton Mill and Hartland Abbey are well worth a visit along with many pretty fishing villages to explore including nearby Instow and Appledore.
