Situated at the end of a private drive, on the owner’s beef farm, are three holiday homes. Lower Larkworthy is a spacious detached cottage is equipped to a very good standard. Three of the five bedrooms boast en-suite facilities, and the utility room boasts a feature well. There is plenty of space for family and friends to gather and enjoy a drink together. Pretty gardens surround the property and offer plenty of space for the children to let off steam, and to enjoy al fresco dining. Copse View and Meadow View are semi-detached barn conversions. A public footpath passes the cottage and allows guests to enjoy a lovely country walk to Ashwater village, with its popular aptly named Village Inn.

The surrounding area is filled with rolling hills and magnificent scenery. The wide golden sands of Bude and Widemouth Bay are just 15 miles away, with excellent surfing, pretty coves and dramatic coastal walks, shopping, leisure facilities, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Holsworthy, 5 miles, has a good selection of local shops and supermarkets along with a weekly market. The market town of Okehampton and Launceston with its historic castle are a short drive away. To have a break from cooking, there are several good pubs and restaurants close by. For family fun, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks make for a great day out. Coastal and country walking, golf, surfing, fishing, horse riding and cycling are all on offer close by, and Dartmoor National Park is a must for nature lovers. The property is close to the water sports centre at Roadford Lake, where many activities can be enjoyed.
