Heathfield
Heathfield is a gem of a property with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open plan living and dining room and separate TV room which is ideal to keep children entertained. The feel of the entire property is bright, and the tasteful décor adds to the restful ambience. With a beautiful garden and distant sea glimpses across to Pendennis Point. The garden is mainly lawn with mature shrubs and has been thoughtfully fenced to provide dog security. Heathfield is just a short 5-minute walk from the pretty harbour area of St Mawes. There is a selection of pubs and hotels to choose from plus a small range of shops. You can also access the passenger ferry to Falmouth. If getting onto the water is important, Heathfield is just a 5-minute walk to either the St Mawes Sailing Club Quay, Freshwater Boatyard, Polvarth or Summers Beach. There is a plethora of brilliant walks nearby, either from your door or within a short drive. There is a tremendous variety of beaches nearby and, should you wish to find golden sands, rock pools, dog-friendly, busy with facilities or quiet and secluded, all can be found close by on the Roseland.
