Pen Ervan is a ground floor apartment in Mounts Bay House, a magnificent Victorian property that overlooks National Trust farmland of Kynance Cove. The decor, furnishings and finish are superb and have retained a wealth of character in a tasteful renovation. There is an area of garden to the side of the property, a courtyard, and a hot tub which also maximises the views down to the cove.
Lizard Village is the most southerly point of mainland Britain and is one of the best locations for the true Cornish experience. From walking the cliff paths with dramatic promontories, crashing waves, salt in the air, the chatter of seagulls, and sunbathing seals, to secluded coves and fishing villages, that can seem relics of a bygone era. There are tin mines, stunning beaches with acres of golden sand, tranquil estuaries, massive radio telescopes, geological anomalies, and a huge variety of activities on your doorstep. However if you want to spend your holiday relaxing there are few better locations to really "get away from it all!" Beach 1 mile.
