Wandering around the town you will find beautiful subtropical gardens, cobbled alleyways and a wide selection of restaurants cafes and bars. There are three play parks for children near the property.
If you want to leave your car, hop on one of the local buses or catch the train and enjoy the scenery. Newlyn is the next small village, a fishing port that in recent years had become a destination in its own right with various eateries and galleries. Continuing around the coast you come to Mousehole a fishing village once described by Dylan Thomas as "the most beautiful in Britton" famous for its Christmas Lights and the story of the Mousehole cat, great for a stroll along the harbour. The most westerly point of the country Lands’ End is just over 9 miles away, walk along the cliffs, pop into the visitor centre, shops, and attractions it is a fantastic day for all ages and well worth a visit. There are plenty of beaches to choose from the closest is the Promenade beach in Penzance, popular with families are Long Rock and Marazion beach, both having long sandy beaches with parking and amenities.
