Inside, there are three spacious bedrooms, the master is en-suite. A cosy living room with comfortable sofas, exposed beams and wood floor and a kitchen/dining room perfect for enjoying a holiday feast in. The rear garden is split level and enclosed with a hedge to the rear, there is a patio area with table and chairs and pergola seat.
The property is centrally located in the village of Lanner, providing great access to both the North & South Coast beaches. Lanner is nestled in the heart of Cornwall’s Tin Mining area with the archetypal derelict engine houses scattered around the tops of heather strewn hills with miles of walking and cycling trails accessible locally. This is a fabulous central location with easy access to the lifeguard patrolled golden beaches of Porthtowan. Portreath and St Agnes are a short drive away on the north coast. In contrast, on the south coast, you can explore Mounts Bay, the rugged Lizard peninsula with its quaint fishing villages, magnificent promontories and secluded coves, the vibrant fishing harbour of Falmouth with restaurants and traditional pubs or the bustling cathedral city, and capital of Cornwall, Truro.
