Waterside Park Annex
The Waterside Park Annex is in Kingsbridge itself. It's a one bedroom annex attached to our house, but it's got its own entrance around the side through a gate.
It sleeps three max. There's a proper double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. It's all on the ground floor.
You get a small private courtyard garden out the back with a table and chairs. There's also a bench at the front you can use. It gets the morning sun, good for a coffee.
It's a ten minute walk into the town centre along the promenade. There are plenty of pubs, cafes and shops. The town gets busy but it's not like Salcombe in summer. Salcombe is about eight miles away. You can get the estuary ferry from Kingsbridge if you don't want to drive.
The kitchen has what you need. There's a washing machine, a walk-in shower, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
You're right in the South Devon National Landscape here. Good for walking and there are beaches like East Portlemouth about a twenty minute drive. Dartmouth and Totnes are easy day trips.
