This is St Elmo Court 7. It's in Salcombe, up near North Sands beach. The walk into town from here is nice, about a mile along the road.
It's a ground floor apartment, part of a small development. You've got two bedrooms and a bathroom each, which is handy. Sleeps four. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's a good standard, comfortable and clean.
You can sit outside at the front and look over the gardens. The view goes down the valley to North Sands and the sea. It's peaceful.
The place has got everything you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right here.
You get to use the communal swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. The shared gardens are really well kept.
The walk down to North Sands beach is just a few minutes. For Salcombe town centre with the shops, cafes and the estuary, it's that mile walk or a very short drive.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust Devon site is useful for places like Overbecks or Bolt Head. The South Devon National Landscape page has good information about the coast path. You can walk to Bolt Head from Salcombe, or drive to Start Point lighthouse in under half an hour.
No pets allowed, I'm afraid. The stairs inside the apartment are fine, it's all on one level.
