Pirates Cove
Pirates Cove is in Inner Hope. It’s a terrace cottage, one of a few. The location is the main thing. It's about 100 yards from the beach, so you can pop down easily. It's a sandy cove, good for swimming or just sitting.
The cottage sleeps seven. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place. It's comfortable and clean, not luxurious. The stairs are spiral and a bit steep.
The living room is upstairs. That gives you a better view from the windows. There's a small balcony up there with a couple of chairs.
In the village there's a little shop and a couple of pubs that do food. Hope Cove is quiet, mostly just other holiday lets and a few houses.
The coastal path runs right past. You can walk to Thurlestone one way or to Bolt Tail the other. Salcombe is about four miles by road. It's got more shops and boats in the estuary.
Thurlestone golf course is two miles west. Dartmouth is about half an hour by car. Dartmoor is under an hour if you fancy a change from the coast.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, a TV, Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
