Stable Rise
Stable Rise is in Combe Martin. It used to be a stable block, but it's been converted into a first-floor apartment. So you're upstairs, with your own entrance.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's been done fairly recently so it's in good order. The kitchen, dining and living area are all one open space.
Outside, there's an enclosed patio and garden area. It's gated, so it's secure for dogs. The parking is for three cars, which is handy. From there, you have access to about 16 acres of fields and woods that belong to the property. It's all on a hillside, so there's a bit of a slope.
Berrynarbor village is close. It's got a pub, a shop, and a post office. Combe Martin itself has more shops and places to eat. The beach at Combe Martin is about three miles.
Ilfracombe is ten minutes by car. You've got the harbour, the Tunnels Beaches, and Verity by Damien Hirst. For surfing, Woolacombe and Croyde are within a half hour drive. Exmoor National Park is right on the doorstep for walking.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, towels and bedding included. The garden is enclosed. It says it's a luxury property, which I suppose means it's well-finished. Up to two dogs are welcome.
