31 Lower Elms is in Tredrizzick, near Rock in Cornwall. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is an en-suite to the main bedroom. The other has a bath and a shower. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds, good for kids.
There's a big kitchen with a solid oak dining island in the middle. The living room has a wood burner and a corner sofa. The garden is fully enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs. There's a patio, a decent sized lawn, and a gas barbecue.
You're about a mile or so from Rock beach. Daymer Bay and Polzeath aren't much further. Rock itself is small but has a few shops, a bakery and a fishmonger. You can get the foot ferry over to Padstow from there, which takes about five minutes. Port Isaac is about a fifteen minute drive along the coast.
The Camel Trail is nearby for walking or cycling. The National Trust has a lot of coastal land around here, like at Pentire and Trevose Head.
What's here: two bathrooms, parking on the drive, an electric vehicle charger, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can have up to three dogs. There's a highchair if you need one.
For planning walks or visiting other bits of the coast, the National Trust Cornwall site is useful, and so is the Cornwall National Landscape site.
