Flat 3 is in The Old Bakehouse, on one of the main lanes in Port Isaac. It's a first floor flat, up four short flights of stone steps from the street. They're not difficult, but you'll know you've climbed them.
It's for two people. One bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and comfortable, but it's not a luxury finish. The space is compact, but it's laid out well. There's an open plan living area with a kitchen, a sofa, and a table for two. The electric stove gives off a good heat. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.
You're right in the middle of the village. The harbour is a two minute walk downhill. The lane can be busy with visitors during the day in summer, but it quietens down in the evening. There are a few pubs and places to eat very close by.
For a walk, you can pick up the South West Coast Path in either direction. The stretch to Port Quin is good. Port Gaverne, the next little cove along, is about a 15 minute walk and is a bit more sheltered for a swim sometimes.
If you're driving, Tintagel Castle is about 20 minutes north. Boscastle is about 25 minutes. Padstow is about 25 minutes south, but the road can get busy.
Included in the flat: all the utilities, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, bedding and towels. No pets, sorry.
