Gwithian House

This is Gwithian House, in Pendoggett near Port Isaac on the North Cornwall coast. It's a detached house with a private drive.

It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, one is en suite to the master. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. It's comfortable rather than formal.

The main living room is large, with a big sofa and chairs. There's a separate snug with a big TV and a good sound system. The kitchen has all the appliances you'd expect, plus a table. There's a utility room with a washing machine. Outside there's a patio with a hot tub, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Parking is on the drive and there's an electric vehicle charger.

The local pub is a few minutes walk away. For a proper beach day, Polzeath is about a ten minute drive. Port Isaac, where they film Doc Martin, is about fifteen minutes. Padstow is roughly half an hour. Tintagel Castle, with the new footbridge, is about twenty five minutes away.

You can walk to the coast path from here. The area is good for golf and fishing if that's your thing. The South West Coast Path is right there. You can get a lot of walking done without using the car.

Facilities: all bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. Pets are welcome, up to two. WiFi is included.
