The Old Store is in Onich, just north of Glencoe. It's a semi-detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms, and there's one bathroom with a shower.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The layout is open plan. The garden is enclosed and private.
The cottage is right on the A82. You hear the road. It's useful for getting around quickly, but it's busy. The back garden looks out over our farm fields. We might have sheep or cows in there, or it might be grass crops, depending on the time of year. Because it's a working farm, we can't allow pets.
There's a shop and a pub about half a mile walk up the road. They're handy.
For getting out, you're in a good spot. Glencoe is about ten minutes south. Fort William is about fifteen minutes north, that's where you'll find shops and the indoor ice climbing. The Nevis Range mountain bike course is up that way too.
You can be at the foot of Loch Linnhe, for the water, in a couple of minutes. A drive up to Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle is about 40 minutes. Inverness is just over an hour. Going the other way, Oban is an hour and a half, and the ferry to Mull is there. The road to Skye is about two hours from here.
Facilities: there's parking right outside. It has WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included.
