Quarter Deck Gardens

Quarter Deck Gardens is in Glencoe. It looks out over Loch Leven. The view from the back is of the Pap of Glencoe and the Aonach Eagach ridge. You can see it from the garden.

It's a detached cottage, sleeps seven. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been renovated, so it's warm and comfortable, but it's still a cottage. There's an open fire, which is nice. The stairs are fine.

There's a lot of space downstairs. Patio doors go out to a small sitting area at the back. The garden is natural, built into the hillside. There are steps up to another seating spot and a shed for bikes.

The village has a small shop, a cafe, a pub, and a hotel. Ballachulish is about a mile's walk away. They have a small supermarket and a bar. Fort William is about 20 minutes drive for bigger shops. Oban is about 40 minutes.

You're right in the middle of it for walking and climbing. The Glencoe Mountain Resort is nearby for skiing in winter. For local history and walks, the National Trust for Scotland Glencoe site is useful.

Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. Parking for two cars. You can bring two dogs.
