Oakwood Cottage is in Glencoe village. It's a detached house that used to be a crofter's cottage, so it's older but it's been done up. They kept some of the original features.
It sleeps six people in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's a wood burner and central heating. The back garden is enclosed and gets the sun. You've got a view of the Pap of Glencoe from there. The stairs are normal.
The village has a cafe, a pub, and a filling station. About a mile down the road in Ballachulish there's a Co-op for shopping. There are a few places to eat around.
You're right in the middle of the mountains here. For walking, the Glencoe area is obvious. For something organised, the Glencoe Mountain Resort is close by. Fort William and Ben Nevis are about twenty minutes' drive. Oban is further, maybe an hour.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets.
