The Willows

The Willows is a bungalow, so it's all on one level. It's detached, and set back from the road a bit. You're looking out at fields and the hills. The garden is private and fenced.

It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. One double, one twin. One bathroom with a shower. It has a 4 Star rating. It's warm and well looked after, but not a show home. You can bring up to two dogs.

The place is in Glencoe village itself. You can walk to a local shop in five minutes. There's a pub and a restaurant about the same distance. Both serve food.

You're right at the foot of Glencoe valley. The mountains are all around you. For a walk, the River Coe path is a good start. Glencoe Lochan is an easy loop. For the serious hills, you drive a few minutes up the valley.

Fort William is about twenty minutes south by car. You can get fuel there, or do a big shop. The steam train to Mallaig, the one that goes over the Harry Potter viaduct, leaves from there.

In the other direction, Oban is under an hour. The ferries to the islands like Mull go from there. Driving north, you're on the road to Skye and Loch Ness.

For facilities: there's parking right beside the lodge, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
