The Willows is a detached bungalow on the edge of Glencoe village. It's all on one floor, which is useful. You get the place to yourself, with a patio out the front.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped, not too fussy. We take up to two dogs.
The kitchen and living area is open plan. There's a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.
The village shop is a five minute walk. The pub is about the same. They do food. The area is, as you'd expect, spectacular for walking. The mountains are right there.
Fort William is about twenty minutes down the road for bigger shops. You can get the steam train from there over the Glenfinnan viaduct. The ferry to the islands goes from Oban, which is just under an hour's drive. For a long day out, you can reach Skye or Loch Ness in about two hours.
