It's called Duart. It's a bungalow in Onich, right on the west coast. It's detached, one of two houses there. The main thing is the view. You're about 200 yards from the shore of Loch Linnhe, and you look right out over the water to the Glencoe mountains. The patio doors are big so you get the full effect.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped, not luxurious. Everything's on one level which is handy.
You can walk straight down to the lochside. There's also a private hillside right next to the property you can walk on. The local shop and a pub are about a quarter of a mile away. There are a couple of good places to eat within walking distance too.
Fort William is eight miles north. That's where you'll find the big supermarkets and the station for the Jacobite steam train. Glencoe is just a short drive away for the famous scenery and walking. You're in a good spot for getting around, whether you head north towards Glenfinnan or south towards Oban.
In terms of what's there: it has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding is included. There's parking right outside. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
