The Boat House is in Padstow. It's an annexe next to the owner's house. It sleeps two.
It used to be built around an old 13-foot fishing boat called 'Jill'. The boat isn't there anymore. The place has been refurbished.
It's small and open plan. The kitchen is basic but modern. The sofa is a double sofa bed. The main bed is a double mattress on a mezzanine floor up a ladder. The ladder and the space up there mean it's not suitable for very young children or anyone who struggles with steep steps.
There's one bathroom with a shower. Bedding and towels are included. You get parking.
Padstow harbour and town are a short walk away. You're close to the coast path for walks. The owner knows about local fishing if you're interested.
For a wider area, you can easily get to places like Rock, Polzeath, and Port Isaac. The Camel Estuary is good for cycling or kayaking.
