Bullfinch Apartment

The main thing is the shared facilities on site. There's an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, and a small gym. There's a games room and a separate snooker room. There's a fishing lake on the property if you're into that. They've also got a bar and restaurant you can walk to in the evening, but you need to book a table before 5pm.
The coast is about four miles away. Westward Ho! and Bude are both within a 20 to 30 minute drive for a beach day. Bideford is the nearest proper town, about 15 minutes by car. Clovelly is a famous fishing village, also around half an hour away.
For walking, the Tarka Trail is nearby. If you're after a day out, National Trust Devon or the North Devon National Landscape sites are good for planning. The Big Sheep and The Milky Way are the big family attractions locally.
