Bramling Apartment
This is Bramling Apartment. It's on our place in Venn, just inland from the North Devon coast. It's part of a complex of about fifteen properties we run here, spread over twelve acres.
We built it to be as green as we could, so it runs on renewable air and ground source energy. It's for two people. One bedroom, but there are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean without being overly fancy.
The main thing here is the space and the on-site stuff. There's a heated indoor swimming pool and a separate hot tub area. A gym, a games room, and a snooker room. Outside, there's a coarse fishing lake, a pitch and putt course, and a boules court. There's also a bar and a restaurant on site, but you need to book a table by 5pm if you want to eat in.
You're about four miles from the coast. Westward Ho! and Bude, which are good for surfing, are a short drive. The Tarka Trail for walking and cycling is nearby. For a day out, you can visit National Trust places like the Hartland Peninsula or the pretty fishing village of Clovelly. National Trust Devon has details.
The apartment itself is open plan. It's got a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets, I'm afraid.
