Primrose Apartment
Primrose Apartment is one of the cottages at Moorhead Country Holidays, near Venn in Devon. It's on a family-run site with about twelve acres of grounds. The views over the countryside are very good.
The apartment itself sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It has a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. The kitchen is open plan.
Being on the site means you can use the facilities. There's a heated indoor pool, a hot tub, a small gym, and a fishing lake. There's a bar and a restaurant on site too, which does a takeaway. You need to book a table at the restaurant before 5pm on the day.
It's about four miles to the coast. Westward Ho! and the surfing beaches at Bude are within a half hour drive. For a day out, you can get the boat to Lundy Island from Bideford quay. The Tarka Trail is close by for walking or cycling.
In terms of facilities here: there's a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
