Church View Apartment is in Parkham, up in North Devon. Technically it's one bedroom, but it has a sofa bed in the second living space if you need it. So it can sleep four.
You get to it through the back garden, which I share. Then you go up a spiral staircase to your own terrace. The view from up there is good. You can see the church and the fields.
Inside, the main room is open plan. There's a wood burner in the middle, which heats the place well. The kitchen is decent and has a dishwasher. The bathroom is through the bedroom, which might be a bit odd for some people but it works fine.
The village is quiet. The pub is about five minutes walk. They do food and it's fine. For a beach, Westward Ho! is about a fifteen minute drive. Bideford is similar, maybe twenty minutes. Good for shops and a walk by the river.
If you want to walk, you're near the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail. The National Trust has a lot of places nearby too, like Arlington Court.
Facilities are all there. WiFi, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
