Holly Apartment
Holly Apartment is in Venn, Devon. It's part of a bigger site with 15 properties. We live on site, so we're usually around if you need anything.
The apartment sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. It runs on renewable energy.
It's an apartment, not a standalone house, so you share some facilities. We have 12 acres of grounds. There's a heated indoor pool, a hot tub, and a basic gym. There's a games room and a snooker table. The stairs inside the apartment are a bit steep.
We've got a fishing lake on site, with carp. There's a little 9-hole pitch and putt course and a boules court. The bar and restaurant are here too. Booking for the restaurant has to be done by 5pm each day.
The coast is about four miles away. Westward Ho! and Bude are the main beaches for surfing. Bideford is a good local town. If you want to go to Lundy Island, you can get the boat from Bideford quay.
For walking, the Tarka Trail is nearby. National Trust Devon has places like Hartland nearby. The Hartland Peninsula is dramatic. Clovelly is a famous fishing village, though it's steep.
Facilities wise: everything you need is included. Washing machine, TV, WiFi, bedding and towels. Parking is right outside. Pets aren't allowed.
