High Rigg apartment is situated just behind the bustling centre of Bowness just minutes’ walk away from all the shops, restaurants and Lake Windemere itself. This second-floor apartment offers a great open plan living, dining and a fully equipped kitchen area. There is a lovely balcony to enjoy some outside space, a family bathroom with shower over bath and two spacious bedrooms.

Nestled on the shores of Lake Windermere, the largest lake in England, the town of Bowness-on-Windermere is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Lake District National Park. It is the perfect location, in the heart of the central Lakes, perfect for sightseeing and plenty of things to do. Bowness may be a tourist hotspot and the largest resort on the lake, but it has lost none of its cosy Lakeland charm. The bustling streets in the centre of the town are lined with a wonderful choice of gift shops and specialist stores, in addition to many restaurants and pubs. Situated as it is on the shore of Lake Windermere, it is the ideal destination for those who enjoy water sports or want to catch one of the lake cruisers that ply the lake. Many other outdoor activities are available in and around the town, including abseiling, cycling and karting. There is certainly never a shortage of things to do here.
