Ridgemount is situated on the fringe of Keswick town, perched in an elevated position with stunning views of the tops of Grisedale Pike and Grasmoorfells, while being just a 15-minute stroll into town. At the rear of the property is the Keswick to Threlkeld Railway Trail, with direct access just across the road, offering easy walking from Fitz Park in Keswick along the River Greta into Threlkeld. It really is a perfect place for a couple to enjoy all that Keswick has to offer. You can leave your car in the private parking space and walk into the town centre to enjoy the local pubs, cafés and shops or jump in the car and take advantage of the rest of the North Lakes, either way it is all on your doorstep. Ridgemount is a 1st floor apartment furbished to a high standard. It benefits from wonderful views from the front of the house. Enter the property from the rear car park, the stairs are open tread, walk into the property and you have a cloak room for wet boots and jackets, then walk into the large open plan kitchen/diner.
