The Grove

Welcome to The Grove, a stunning three-bedroom, traditional cottage with a private hot tub located in Ravenglass. Enjoy stunning views over the Ravenglass Estuary. Sleeping up to eight guests in three, well-appointed bedrooms, it’s the perfect base for spending time with your friends and family for a well-deserved break in The Lake District.
Upstairs you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms with large windows and excellent views. There are two double bedrooms and a spacious third bedroom with a kingsize bed and double sofa bed. You have a choice of two shower rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen, and there’s a spacious dining room with French doors to the garden. There is also a homely living room with a cosy wood burner, easy seating, Smart TV and Sky. Outside you have a private area of garden with patios and seating area, and the best bit, a wood-fired Swedish hot tub to relax and unwind in after a day of adventure.
Ravenglass is the only coastal village inside the Lake District National Park, and boasts three excellent pubs serving local ales and hearty food – all within walking distance. Nearby you’ll find La’al Ratty, a miniature railway offering a 7-mile ride along the old narrow gauge quarry track, the starting point is Ravenglass Station. Nearby you have Muncaster Castle, a great day out with lots of activities and historical castle and gardens, as well as falconry displays, crazy golf and several events planned throughout the year. If you love the outdoors, you’re just a short drive from fells, lakes, and the shortest route up the highest mountain in England, from Wasdale Head up Scafell Pike. Beach ½ mile. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.
