Next you come across the open plan kitchen/dining area; the chef in the group will have all the mod cons they need and plenty of space to prepare anything from a picnic to a family banquet, we are sure there will be plenty of time spent eating, talking, and laughing about the day’s events whilst enjoying good food and of course good drink.

The property is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Ulverston which is a lovely market town with cobbled streets; there is a wide selection of independent shops to browse around and boasts its own attractions such as the Laurel & Hardy Museum, Roxy cinema and Coronation Hall which offers a variety of entertainment from comedy to music and shows. There are numerous festivals that take place throughout the year from Dickensian Christmas markets to lantern procession and the music and comedy of Finefest.
Ulverston is the perfect gateway to a lot of the Lake districts finest attractions and within a 30 minutes’ drive you can be at Lake Windermere with its Lake cruises, the Lakes aquarium, the famous towns of Bowness and Windermere or travelling in different directions there’s the Motor Museum, Safari Zoo, escape rooms, High ropes adventures at Go Ape and many other things as well.
