This spacious self-contained holiday apartment in a converted Victorian building is situated in the Lake District National Park with easy access to all that the Lake District has to offer. Set in shared grounds, the surroundings are tranquil woodland with an abundance of wildlife including frequent visits from deer. Just over a mile away is the coastal resort of Grange-over-Sands and nearby is the village of Cartmel with its famous racecourse and priory. Historic houses and gardens locally include Holker Hall, Sizergh Castle and Levens Hall. A short drive away is Newby Bridge and Lake Windermere. Shop 1½ miles, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
