Firtree House

This beautifully restored, detached farmhouse is located in a quiet and secluded location. Firtree House offers a number of fantastic features which makes it an ideal holiday home for groups and families, from the bespoke light fittings to the hand-made wooden features and the amazing hot tub views, this property has everything to make a fantastic luxury escape.

Set over two levels, the ground floor offers a spacious living room with feature wall, spectacular light fittings and an electric wood burner. There is a games room which is fitted with a large bluetooth speaker and high-quality pool table. This then leads through to a well-equipped kitchen with an open plan dining area, which offers plenty of space to eat and drink. Out of the kitchen into the garden, there is a spacious patio with garden furniture and a hot tub with spectacular, far reaching views. A downstairs toilet is also located by the back door. Upstairs are four bedrooms, one en-suite, and a separate bathroom.

On the doorstep is the beautiful Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Ribble Valley, Cumbria and the Lake District National Park, as well as Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, so is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to explore this diverse area. The popular market town of Garstang, 4 miles away, offers a variety of individual shops, cafés and a weekly market every Thursday. Blackpool is just 10 miles away with its Pleasure Beach, Madame Tussaud’s and the Sandcastle Water Park. The Ribble Valley and spectacular Forest of Bowland offer an abundance of rural walks and cycle routes, with many great pubs and restaurants along the way for a rest. Beach 10½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
