Take a leisurely five-minute stroll to Lytham Green & it’s iconic windmill. Minutes away from New Cottage, this lovely little town has an array of independent shops also a fantastic choice of restaurants, cafes, and bars! Lytham is a hub of activity with its five-day festival, 1940’s weekend, car shows and fantastic entertainment at Lowther gardens and its theatre.
A visit to Lytham Hall is a must - you can eat in the cafe, buy stunning plants and even gorgeous antiques! Wonder around its beautiful grounds & take a tour back in time through the Georgian Hall. Many outdoor events are also held in the grounds.
Take a trip along the coast to Fairhaven Lake and St Anne’s with its fantastic sandy beach, you can book ahead for the most stunning & equipped beach huts! If you’re feeling extra adventurous, head on to Blackpool - it’s lively, along the golden mile with its piers and the Pleasure Beach, which is loved by children & adults, if you’re brave enough for some big rollercoasters!
So, after all that exploring and excitement, come back to your cosy comfortable New Cottage, It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day.
New Cottage has an open plan living, dining, kitchen area, and the living area has a Smart TV and comfortable seating. The dining table can comfortably seat six, and up to eight should you have extra friends of family for dinner. Open the patio door onto the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and leads through to a washing machine and tumble dryer. Also, there’s a downstairs toilet for your convenience. The garden is enclosed and there’s a table, chairs, and a wall mounted parasol. The back gate takes you to the bins.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms all have a wall mounted television, and the king size room has an en-suite shower and toilet. The smaller twin bedroom is compact, with two single comfortable beds. The rear bedroom has a double bed.
All the beds have good quality bedding, and towels are provided for your stay. Also on this floor is the shared shower room, with a powerful shower, toilet, and wash basin.
