This charming village of Sabden, where you will find a country pub, local shops, public toilets, café and a park. Resting on the edge of Pendle Hill, there are country walks that await you right on your doorstep, with stunning scenery and plenty of places to visit. Why not venture out further to the well-known town of Skipton or the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can be sure there are plenty of places to visit.

Calico Cottage is a well-equipped property offering a home away from home with two bedrooms catering for three guests, with one large bathroom downstairs. Entering the property, you are greeted by a good-sized cosy lounge benefitting from a wood burning stove, TV and sumptuous sofa, so a perfect place to unwind from your day’s activities. Walking through to the spacious and modern kitchen area which has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meals and serve at the dining table, or why not try the local pubs, restaurants or takeaways just a short walk or drive from your home! Patio doors provide access to a lovely private patio area, a great place to enjoy a bistro style breakfast or plan your day’s activities. The property also benefits from a spacious downstairs bathroom with a bath, shower, low level toilet and pedestal wash hand basin. Wander up the stairs to find your master bedroom benefitting from a kingsized bed and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom consists of a large single bed and fitted furniture above.
