Offering modern yet traditional décor throughout, the property accommodates for up to four guests, pick from one double bedroom and one twin room. Entering the property, you are greeted by a large living/dining room with a traditional gas wood burner fitted under a light oak mantel piece. The room boasts a ceiling fan for those warmer days and is furnished with light oak furniture and floor; the perfect place to settle down for the evening after a long day exploring the area. Walk through to find a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to create those perfect home cooked meals or why not try a local restaurant or take away? The kitchen is light and spacious with granite work surfaces and modern cream cupboards. The kitchen opens out onto a very sunny courtyard garden equipped with chairs and table. Wander upstairs to find two bedrooms both furnished in light oak and again fitted with ceiling fans for those warmer evenings. The bathroom has a beautiful Duchess bath so you can enjoy a nice relaxing soak with a glass of wine and a book after a hard day’s exploration of Skipton or the picturesque Yorkshire Dales National Park.
The property is easy to find and is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Skipton town centre and 3 minutes from the Leeds and Liverpool Canal access points. Ideally situated in the picturesque market town of Skipton, known as the ‘Gateway to the Dales’. With rolling countryside views for miles around! Local walks that will be sure to knock your socks off and so many local attractions to keep you busy and create ever lasting memories on your holiday. The town boasts a range of traditional shops, restaurants and bars and the Leeds to Liverpool canal with its lovely towpath, boat trips, wharf, and the famous Skipton Castle.
