You enter the property into the open plan living area, which is a perfect place to kick back and relax in. The kitchen/dining area has everything you would need which is well presented and fully equipped with plenty of space for food preparation along with a dining table which seats four people giving a great area to have a family meal. There are two bedrooms, The master bedroom offers a plush double and the second with twins both with luxury linen guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep. In addition, the master bedroom has en-suite facilities with a toilet and wash basin. The bathroom presents a shower cubicle, Heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Outside to the rear you have a little patio area which is a sun trap meaning you a great place for al fresco dining in the summer months.
With Pepper Pot Lodge located on the leisure park you have instant access to the Mill Tavern which is an independently run club house with a large lounge bar area, offering quality home cooked meals 7 days a week, live Entertainment and Sky Sports. The leisure park also has a fantastic café with balcony overlooking the beautiful River Nidd, again independently run. You also have instant access to Knaresborough with its fantastic market on a Wednesday. Knaresborough is also Famous for Mother Shipton’s Cave and Petrifying Well and boasts an interesting castle, painted by JMW Turner, perched high on the cliff top.
Stroll along the riverside promenade, relax with an ice cream or hire a boat and spend an afternoon ‘messing about on the river’, If you did want to go further afield there is the stylish spa town Harrogate just a short 20-minute drive, Harrogate is bursting with fantastic restaurants, pubs, and not to forget the world-famous tearoom which is a must for afternoon tea. Knaresborough is on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales meaning there are plenty of opportunities to explore the stunning countryside, whether it being on foot or by bike you will always have plenty to see and investigate.
