Set in the picturesque village of Linton in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, this one of kind, hidden gem is the ideal base for a country escape. Designed by the owners themselves, and built in 2019, this gorgeous barn conversion offers a beautifully presented and luxurious home away from home. Throughout the property the owners have thought of little touches to make your stay extra special, like the positioning of the bath to show off the views of the dales, the magnificent fireplace in the living room to snuggle up to on chilly nights, and a beautiful wildflower meadow at the bottom of the garden.

Linton is one of the prettiest and most popular villages in the Dales. There is a friendly local pub just yards from Browsbank serving excellent food, as well as a village green and stream that runs through the centre which is an idyllic spot to enjoy a picnic. Historic Almshouses and a chapel sit at one end of the green with the beautiful Linton Church, the falls and stepping stones are just a short walk away. There are numerous walks right from your doorstep, taking you through the spectacular scenery of Wharfedale. The area is a mecca for cyclists too, with the Tour de Yorkshire route running through. When you are finished with your bike ride there is ample cycle storage at the property.

Grassington is also within walking distance with its cobbled streets dotted with individual country shops, pubs and restaurants, all serving a wide range of cuisines from good pub grub to fine dining. This vibrant village has many events running throughout the year such as the Summer Arts Festival, where famous singers, artists, and authors all perform and the Dickensian Festival in December where you can get into the Christmas spirit with historical markets, entertainers and street food. The charming market town of Skipton, 8 miles, is home to an ancient castle, pretty canal, cobbled high street and colourful street market. The Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Lake District National Park can all be reached within an hour.
