Nestling within the heart of the picturesque Swaldale village of Grinton, just a mile from Reeth is ’Neddy House’. This magnificent Grade II listed traditional dales house has been meticulously restored with every attention to detail, to offer a wonderful holiday retreat retaining many original features, yet incorporating a clever contemporary twist. There are five spacious bedrooms, three of them enjoying luxurious en suite bathrooms, and two being at ground floor level. The extensive, well equipped living accommodation offers many added extra’s such as Satellite TV, a games room with pool/games table and retaining an original listed bread oven. There is also a cinema with tiered seating and an 80" screen for guests to enjoy their favourite movie. This restoration has been undertaken with immense attention to detail, and is sure to leave lasting impressions on those who are lucky enough to enjoy everything that Neddy House has to offer.
The area is well served, with the popular Swaledale village of Reeth just a mile away providing a good range of tearooms, pubs, convenience stores and gift shops all quaintly arranged around the picturesque village green.
