The Pool House

The Pool House is a charming semi-detached property tucked away on a quiet estate surrounded by stunning country views. Situated in the peaceful and rural village of Worsthorne on the outskirts of Burnley. This property was in fact once a pool! Now providing comfortable and homely accommodation for a small family or couple to enjoy a fabulous holiday. Worsthorne has a vibrant community and is ideally located to visit the whole of the Northwest of England, with countryside, bustling cities, and the seaside, all accessible within an hour. The village has a hairdresser, shop, chippy, two pubs, nail salon and a church!
Entering the property from the driveway, you will find a dining area with dining fit for up to four guests. where you can enjoy your home cooked meal or why not venture out for some local food if you prefer, the choice is yours! Double doors leading to an open plan living area, containing everything you need for a relaxing break. There is a kitchen area, with cooking facilities, microwave, and fridge/freezer. A living area with sofas, a TV and table. Further double doors lead to a conservatory overlooking a shared garden with access to your own private garden. Access to the bedrooms and bathroom are found on the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom, benefitting from a king size bed, additional storage including a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom consists of two single beds and additional storage. There is a spacious bathroom off the lounge/kitchen including a washing machine.
