Converted in 2022 the detached property offers beautiful features and amenities set in a stunning location which is privately located on its own grounds looking over the Yorkshire dale of Lothersdale.
The Coach House is based in Lothersdale, a two-minute drive from the beautiful Yorkshire village where there is a park for children, a nature walks for all the family, and a cosy Yorkshire pub that offers a warm welcome. Close by is the market town of Skipton which is known as the ‘Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales’. The Coach House is also situated 10 minutes away from the historic estate of Broughton Hall where you can enjoy countryside walks and Land Rover 4x4 off-roading. A scenic 25-minute drive takes you into the Ribble Valley and you are only 1 hour 20 mins to Lake Windemere in the Lake District.
The Coach House sleeps up to 10 people across four bedrooms and a snug. The master kingsize bedroom upstairs has a feature roll top bath where you can relax and unwind looking up to the stars through the sky window. It also has a white marble tiled floor-to-ceiling en-suite with underfloor heating and a waterfall shower. The bed is also located under a sky window so you can lie in bed and watch the stars. In addition, there are two upstairs double rooms which can also be split into single beds. A short walk from the bedrooms takes you to a luxurious bathroom with underfloor heating and a feature slipper bath.
There is also a beautiful double room on the ground floor with room for a cot. The room has a large picture window, so you enjoy a panoramic view of the woodland and dales. This is the perfect room to watch the sunset over the Yorkshire moor. Straight across the hall from this room is a bathroom inspired by the Lake District and comprises a lake district slate waterfall shower, slate underfloor heating, and a natural wood vanity unit.
The snug which has multiple uses such as a cinema room with its own 4K UHD Wi-Fi projector also has a double sofa bed that can be set up with luxurious bedding. This room has beautiful views of the Dales, and the bi-fold doors open to the gardens and the fantastic hot tub.
There is also a traditional boot room with underfloor heating to dry your boots and hang your coats after a long walk in the Dales.
On the ground floor The Coach House has a state of the art fitted kitchen with an open-plan living room and dining area. This space has been created for you to enjoy cooking and dining together in an open and sociable space with a wood burner which adds character and additional heat. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden around the back with a patio area where you can enjoy the hot tub which features extensive views of the countryside. Straight out of the front living space opens to a wide raised terrace that has seating for ten people, barbecue, and a fire pit. The glass and stone terrace are lit up on and evening with floor and wall lights so you enjoy the night under the stars.
