You enter into the kitchen/dining area which is well serviced with plenty of cupboards and all the usual appliances you might need. The space is generous and modern. The living room is comfortable and also has a door leading to the rear garden. There is also a downstairs bathroom featuring a bath with shower over it. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master, with a double bed, a twin room and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The accommodation is completed with a second bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The Village of Kirkby in Furness is quiet and peaceful and set amongst some beautiful scenery with Black Combe hill being the main focus.
The area has huge appeal for walkers and cyclists alike but has plenty more to offer within a 10-mile radius, this includes the local towns of Ulverston and Barrow in Furness for all your shopping needs. There are museums like the Motor museum which is home to the Bluebird collection, or you may prefer ships so the Dock Museum would be more to your taste. For the more adventurous, there is a wide variety of outdoor pursuits such as Heavy horse riding, Ghyll Scrambling, Canoeing, Rock Climbing and Abseiling, or even Segways. The Lake district has an amazing 7 Michelin starred restaurants if food is your passion or for those who prefer more tranquil pursuits, there is a variety of theatres, cinemas, pubs and cafés.
