Glamping at its best! These glamping pods come fully equipped with everything you need for a couples retreat or some family fun. They boast a comfortable double bed, and the sofa converts into a double bed for up to two children. You’ve got a fully equipped kitchen with all your crockery and utensils, as well as a fold-away dining table. The pod is self-contained with its own private shower, toilet and compact hanging and storage space. The pods are very well insulated and warmed with underfloor electric heating. Outside you’ll find private parking, additional parking spaces with electric charging facilities, outdoor seating and a dining area with peaceful surroundings to relax and enjoy. Loads of fun, a great location and if you’re looking for a quirky outdoor experience in style, look no further.
Ravenglass is the only coastal village inside the Lake District National Park, and boasts three excellent pubs serving local ales and hearty food – all within walking distance. Nearby you’ll find La’al Ratty, a miniature railway offering a 7-mile ride along the old narrow gauge quarry track, the starting point is Ravenglass Station. Nearby you have Muncaster castle, a great day out with lots of activities and historical castle and gardens as well as falconry displays, crazy golf and several events planned throughout the year. If you love the outdoors, you’re just a short drive from Fells, Lakes and the shortest route up the highest mountain in England, from Wasdale Head up Scafell Pike. Beach ½ mile. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.
