Appleton enjoys a peaceful location on the edge of Keswick and guests can walk from the rear of the property through small woodland to Fitz Park and the town centre. From the outside it looks like a bungalow, however although the living accommodation is on the ground floor the bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. The accommodation is a simple three star standard but has the benefit of a garage, Wi-fi internet access, a telephone and a roof terrace. The property is situated close to the walk up Latrigg and onto Skiddaw and provides a perfect base for walkers.
