This beautiful property has been fully renovated in 2018. It combines contemporary styling with ultra-modern bathrooms and kitchens, along with the high end look you would get from a modern hotel room but with all the freedom and space you would expect from a large family home. This stunning detached home, set in large mature gardens, has views to die for. The whole property has been gutted and completely transformed into what is now a highly desirable Keswick retreat. There is plenty of storage for your personal items and belongings, making this house ideal for families and couples alike. Upstairs it has a modern family bathroom as well as a separate toilet.
A lot of thought and care has gone into the finish of the interior design and it has been furnished with guest comfort high on the list of priorities. The ground floor has been turned into a really social and open plan living space, complete with a comfortable living room with leather sofas and a wood burner for those cosy nights by the fire. You can curl up and enjoy complimentary Netflix on the television or maybe just sit and enjoy the views of the nearby fells and lake from the oversized windows to the rear. Adjoining, you will find a modern, high spec kitchen with dishwasher, range cooker and dining room for preparing those fantastic feasts, as well as a wet room and garage/utility room with washing machine. Outside you have plenty of parking and large gardens in which to enjoy the fresh air.
