This Scandinavian style wooden lodge is in a peaceful location situated near Greystoke, with towering larches and unspoilt woodland offering a haven for wildlife, including red squirrels, rabbits and many species of birds. Guests will delight in enjoying the entertaining antics of their bushy tailed neighbours. Watching the busy red squirrels provides an engrossing pastime.
The countryside surrounding the lodge is unspoilt, with Greystoke Forest on one side and stunning views over the meadow to Blencathra on the other.
There are gardens to the front, rear, and side of the property, as well as decking area, offering ample outdoor space to enjoy the picturesque surroundings. Nearby are the charming villages of Greystoke, Caldbeck, Mungrisdale and Hesketh Newmarket, with their own pubs and local shops. Sitting between Keswick, Penrith, Carlisle and Ullswater, Meadow View offers an ideal base for exploring the northern Lake District and Cumbria.
