Totland is in Wootton on the Isle of Wight. It's a semi-detached house that looks right out over Wootton Creek. You get a good view of the water, all the boats coming and going, and the birds.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both upstairs, and they each have their own bathroom. There's another shower room downstairs too, which is handy. The kitchen has a table and doors out to a shared garden. At the front there's a decked area with a table and chairs if you want to sit outside.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after.
Wootton itself is quiet. There's a local pub and a shop nearby. It's about a seven or eight minute walk down to the creek if you fancy that. For a proper beach day, you'd drive. Ryde is about ten minutes away by car, and from there you can get the hovercraft to Portsmouth.
If you want to see things, Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle are both within a twenty minute drive. Newport is about ten minutes away for bigger shops. The whole coastal path is there for walking if that's your thing.
Facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
