28 Marinus Apartments is in Cowes. It's a ground floor flat in a modern block, right by the marina. You look out onto the pontoons.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both en-suite. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's well put together and comfortable.
The living area is open plan and quite big. Sliding doors go out to a patio. There's a table and chairs out there. Good spot for a drink in the evening.
Cowes High Street and the ferry terminal are a five or ten minute walk away. Plenty of pubs and places to eat. The Classic Boat Museum down by the chain ferry is interesting if you like that sort of thing.
West Cowes has the high street shops. East Cowes is across the river, you need the chain ferry or to drive around. The Osborne House estate is over that way. It's about a ten minute drive.
For beaches, Gurnard is just down the road. It's shingle with a green and a pub. Ryde has a long sandy beach, that's about twenty minutes in the car. Newport is inland, fifteen minutes maybe. Big supermarkets there.
The whole island is easy to get to from here. The Needles and the coloured sand at Alum Bay are about half an hour. Ventnor and the botanic garden are a bit further, maybe forty minutes.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, wifi, and your own parking space. The patio is enclosed. No pets.
