Maltings Cottage is in Norton on the Isle of Wight. It's a mid-terrace cottage, part of the West Bay Club.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, with one bathroom. The bedrooms are upstairs: one double and one twin. Downstairs there's a combined kitchen and living area, and a cloakroom. There's an enclosed garden at the back and a small patio area at the front.
It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. Everything you'd need is here: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.
The location is quiet. The beach at Totland Bay is about two miles away. Yarmouth, with the ferry and shops, is about 15 minutes by car.
If you're here for walking, the coastal path is excellent. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline and some good properties nearby, like The Needles Old Battery. For a general idea of things to do, Visit Isle of Wight is the official site.
Within half an hour's drive, you can get to most places. Alum Bay and The Needles are one way, Freshwater Bay another. Cowes and Ryde are on the east of the island.
No pets, sorry.
