Mill Reach is in Yarmouth, on the Isle of Wight. It's a terraced cottage, the one on the end. You get a small private deck out the back.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's done up well and feels quite new inside. Everything is open plan downstairs. The owner is friendly and usually leaves some local bits for you, maps, that sort of thing.
Yarmouth harbour is a five minute walk. There are a few pubs and places to eat there. The castle is worth a look, it's one of Henry VIII's. You can walk around it.
From the harbour you can get on the coastal path straight away. The ferry over from Lymington comes in here too.
For big sandy beaches, Freshwater Bay is about ten minutes by car. The Needles are fifteen minutes the other way. If you want to explore, National Trust Isle of Wight has all their properties listed. Osborne House is probably half an hour away.
Facilities: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking for one car on the drive. There's a pub close by. No pets.
