Mill Reach
Mill Reach is in Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. It's a modern semi-detached cottage with parking for one car.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. It's a clean, comfortable place.
Inside, it’s all open plan: kitchen, dining, and living area together. The owners live nearby and are helpful. They leave a welcome pack with local bits, maps, and a bottle of Prosecco. They’ll let you know if you need anything, but otherwise leave you to it.
It has a private decked area off the living room. It gets the sun in the evening. You can sit out there.
Yarmouth itself is a five minute walk. There’s a good handful of pubs and restaurants right there on the waterfront. The harbour is nice to wander around. Yarmouth Castle is the old Tudor fort at the end of the pier. You can look around.
From the cottage, you can walk straight out along the coastal path. To the west, you’re heading towards Totland and the Needles. To the east, you can walk to the ferry at Cowes in a long day if you’re keen.
For facilities, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. It’s kitted out for Christmas if you book over that period. You can’t bring pets.
