Needles And Winds
This is Needles And Winds. It's a bungalow near Freshwater on the Isle of Wight. Semi-detached, so you have neighbours on one side.
It sleeps three people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything's on the ground floor. The rating is 3 Star, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious.
The main thing is the view. You're up on the hill, so you get a wide look out over the sea towards the mainland. You can see The Needles. You can sit and watch the boats go by.
You're right on the coastal footpath. You can walk to Fort Victoria or Colwell Bay beach, or up onto Tennyson Down. There's a pitch and putt and a play area a few minutes away.
For a shop, there's a small local one open in summer, but the bigger one is in Freshwater, about two miles away. The nearest pub is a mile and a half walk.
The Needles and Alum Bay are a short drive. You've also got Carisbrooke Castle and Osborne House not far. You can get the open-top bus from stops nearby to explore the whole island.
Facilities: there's a patio garden, parking, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
