Dornfelder is a place called Rossiter's Vineyard Barns in Wellow, about three miles from Yarmouth. It's all on one level, terraced with a couple of other cottages. There's a big enclosed lawn garden you get to yourselves.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything's open plan inside, with wooden floors and beams on the ceilings.
You're about a mile from the village shop and pub. Yarmouth is a ten minute drive. It's a proper little harbour town with ferries and places to eat. Cowes is about twenty minutes by car if you're into sailing.
The coastal path is right there for walking. For beaches, Colwell Bay is a few minutes away. It's sandy and shingle, good for a swim. Compton Bay is a bit further, maybe fifteen minutes, and that's better for surf or looking for fossils. National Trust Isle of Wight has good info for the area, including The Needles and the coloured sands at Alum Bay.
For facilities, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside. You can bring two dogs.
